Since 2019, alpine cuisine in Schladming-Dachstein has been available in summer and winter. Guests can also enjoy first-class dishes at various huts in the coming winter season. Together with the hut hosts, award-winning chef Richard Rauch develops a special alpine dish for each hut. Richard Rauch guarantees that these dishes are exceptional and of the highest quality - after all, he has been awarded four Gault Millau toques.
